| | Script Preview Productions | | | Synopsis | | In this wacky tale of making bad movies from great literature, Marmot Studios producer Cecilia B. DeVille gives two writers and a director the assignment of coming up with a classic literary film fast and cheap. The writers unknowingly select two different novels, and the director sets about shooting the film as fast as the writers can deliver the pages. The director only has four actors to work with, and he also has a habit of lecturing the audience on the process of movie production. Divided into four scenes (The Pitch, The Lecture, The Shoot and The Rough Cut) we experience bad movie making at its best. |
